Register of Directors (individuals)

IN LIGHT OF THE ECONOMIC CRIME & CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT 2023, THIS TEMPLATE IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW. 

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, companies are required to keep a register of directors at their registered office. This Register of Directors (Individuals) has been created to fulfil this requirement. We also have a separate register for corporate directors. 

Individuals are required to provide a service address rather than a residential address and any business name by which the director was formerly known. The register must be available for inspection by other members of the company and the public.

This Register of Directors (Individuals) is in fixed field format. Simply press TAB to jump from one field to the next and SHIFT + TAB to go back. 

A Register of Directors for corporate directors is also available.
