Where a settlement has been agreed for loss of office, this should be properly documented in a Settlement Agreement.
This Director’s Letter of Resignation is in open format. Fields should be completed where indicated. Wording in square brackets is optional and can be deleted or retained according to requirements. For example, if the Company does not have any subsidiaries, then all references to them should be removed.
