This Sole Trader/Building Partnership Health and Safety Arrangements and Procedures document details who within your business will be responsible for the various aspects of Health and Safety. This will include ensuring adequate First Aid cover, carrying out Risk Assessments and making sure that the subcontractors you employ have suitable health and safety awareness. The document has been updated in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
