This set of Standard Terms and Conditions of Export Sales is designed for use by a UK supplier selling goods to a business based in any overseas territory (including the EU).

The terms of this document are designed to afford the seller comprehensive legal protection and to carefully regulate the legal relationship between buyer and seller. This template should be adapted as and where necessary to meet the seller's particular needs and circumstances.

Certain expressions used in this template are defined in 'Incoterms' (as published by the International Chamber of Commerce). The template provides that the standardised and internationally recognised Incoterms definitions of those expressions apply to those expressions where they appear in this template.
