Formalities to Be Included on a Charity’s Business Documents 
Charities are required by company and charity law to include certain information on certain business documents, for example letterheads, emails, faxes, compliment slips, websites, purchase orders, invoices, cheques, and communications that donation of soliciting money/property. It is a criminal offence for charities not to include that information. Use of the wording suggested in the Guidance Note: Formalities Required On Business Documents Used By Charities will help charities to comply with these legal requirements.
