These Website Terms of Sale – Online Architect Services (B2B) are designed for an architect’s practice selling online consultations and related digital content to business clients through its website.
They are intended for projects a client is considering and can be used for single consultations, multiple sessions, or a package of live and/or recorded content. They apply only where what is sold is provided online as intangible content, not for in-person architectural consultations.
