The Booking Form and other documents can be displayed on the Owner’s website or included in a brochure. The Booking Form, Confirmation Letter and Terms and Conditions together form a contract between the Owner and the caravan owner.
The Booking Form contains details such as the name and address of the Caravan Park, the holiday dates and the price. The Terms and Conditions are generic and could apply to any booking at any Caravan Park owned by the Owner. The Confirmation Letter is sent once the booking has been accepted. At this point a contract has been created between the Owner and the guest.
The Booking Form has a space for signature at the end. If the Form is used on a website the signature line can be replaced with a submit button.
Optional phrases / clauses are enclosed in square brackets. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the document.
