This Olympics 2024 Management Form can be used in conjunction with the Olympics 2024 Short Notice/Flexible Working Request Form to view the annual leave or flexible working requested by each employee and the way in which time is to be made up by employees. Employers can also determine whether or not they have approved the annual leave or flexible working, whether an adjustment to the request has been made, and whether the time has been made up by the employee.
