New Terms of Business
When providing goods and services to customers, any business will be well served by a set of terms and conditions. Also known as terms of business, these documents generally form the basis of contracts between businesses and their customers.
Terms and Conditions, in their simplest form, establish a set of rules governing a transaction. The obligations of the parties to the transaction will be set out - ideally leaving no ambiguity - along with terms governing payment for goods and/or services, any particular requirements to which one or both parties must conform, and any legal requirements or relevant legislation.
Terms and Conditions for your business
In addition to our existing and popular general terms and conditions covering both business-to-business and business-to-consumer service and goods transactions, Simply-docs has now created the first set in a series of business-specific terms and conditions. Consisting largely of provisions tailored to a particular type of business, these new documents significantly lighten your workload if you have a relevant business for which you require terms and conditions.
