Hardware and Software Maintenance Agreement
This Hardware and Software Maintenance Agreement is designed for use by businesses providing computer hardware and software maintenance services to other businesses. It is not suitable for provision of services to a consumer, i.e. an individual who receives services for his/her personal use and for purposes wholly or mainly outside his/her or another’s business.

Under this agreement, the service provider carries out tasks ranging from the installation of new software and remedying defects (where permitted by software licenses) to commissioning new hardware and repairing faults. Regular preventative maintenance (including upgrades and compatibility checks) is also provided for. Details are also included in this template as to what the service provider will not cover.
This template is ideally suited to service providers offering combined hardware and software services to businesses. Its content is an amalgamation of the terms and conditions included in the separate Hardware and Software Maintenance agreements which can be found in this subfolder.
