This Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Access Audit prompts specific issues and provides technical tips for each issue for auditing Reception Areas and Lobbies. 

This DDA Access Audit will assist to record your observations and to identify potential problems. If any action is required this should be noted and then also recorded on the DDA Access Audit Action Plan form.
