Display Screen Equipment Risk Assessment (Guidance Notes)

The Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Risk Assessment Form (available in the Health and Safety Document Folder) has been extensively updated to reflect changes in the use of IT equipment and these Guidance Notes have been created to assist you, as you complete the DSE Risk Assessment Form.

The Guidance Notes follow each section of the risk assessment form, providing useful advice on what to look out for when doing the assessment. If you use the Guidance Notes in conjunction with the risk assessment form, you should be able to complete a thorough assessment of the different workplaces within your organisation.
