Fire Fighting Training Record For Employees
The Fire Fighting Training Record compliments the new Fire Safety Policy, the updated Fire Safety Risk Assessment Checklist and other fire safety documents. Following the October 2006 Fire Safety regulatory changes, it has become more important for business to record and monitor their fire prevention measures.
Depending on the nature of your operation, number of employees, the level of fire risk that may ordinarily be expected in your business, and the premises you use, some staff will need fire fighting training. Any such training should be fully documented.
This Fire Fighting Training Record template is in fixed field format and contains macros. All macros are virus free. Always click "enable" if an automatic pop-up appears. Simply press TAB to jump from one field to the next and SHIFT + TAB to go back.
