The Employee Fire Safety Questionnaire provides a non-exhaustive checklist of questions to help employers ensure that staff are fully aware of the company's policy and measures to prevent and reduce fire hazards. It acts both as a tool for management and as a means of making employees aware of fire safety precautions and is formatted to be part of the company's new employee induction process.

This Employee Fire Safety Questionnaire is also located in the Employment Document Folder as it forms part of the employee's induction.
