The Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Risk Assessment Forms have been kept up to date to reflect the changes in IT equipment over the past few years. These Guidance Notes are designed to assist you when you complete the DSE Risk Assessment Form.

The Guidance Notes follow each section of the risk assessment form, providing useful advice on what to look out for when doing the assessment. If you use the Guidance Notes in conjunction with the risk assessment form, you should be able to complete a thorough assessment of the different workplaces within your organisation.
