Equipment and Machinery
Equipment and machinery used for businesses or operated on business premises can pose health and safety risks to staff as well as to visitors. Business owners should risk assess all machinery and equipment on their premises, using appropriate risk assessment forms (e.g. electrical equipment, coffee machine), in order to identify controls and measures that need to be implemented to protect people who are in contact with that equipment.
This Equipment and Machinery Documents sub-folder contains assessment forms for various types of equipment such as a coffee machine or CO2 cylinders. The sub-folder also contains a document relating to maintenance of general work equipment.
