The Settlement Agreement Checklist can be used either to help you instruct lawyers, or to assist you in completing the relevant Simply-docs settlement agreement. 

The checklist contains a set of 11 simple questions, which enable you to focus on the main legal and commercial issues that need to be considered when drafting a Redundancy / Settlement Agreement including, inter alia, statutory redundancy pay, confidentiality and restrictive covenants.
