Letter of Application for New Shares

This letter of application can be used when a person (or persons) apply for shares in a company. It is similar to our subscription for shares letter but has been adapted for this subfolder of templates relating to the issue and allotment of shares.

The letter confirms the proposed allotment of new shares and the applicant(s) apply via this letter for either all or a certain number of shares in the relevant allotment. The applicant(s) also confirm their payment arrangements for the new shares and authorise their name(s) to be added to the register of members.

This letter of application is in open format. The requisite details should be inserted into the highlighted fields or the wording can be adjusted to suit your purposes. Wording in square brackets is optional. If it is required, then the brackets should be deleted and the wording within them retained. If the wording is not required, then it can be deleted.
