This Notice of Exercise of Option is a general form of notice for the exercise of a share option. It is a simple form of notice designed to be signed by the relevant director or employee and lodged with the company when the director or employee wishes to exercise his/her option(s).

This notice is designed to be used in conjunction with our Share Option Agreement – Exercise within Agreed Period, which under clause 3 requires a formal notice to be sent to the company before the option can be exercised.

Optional phrases / clauses are enclosed in square brackets. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the document.
