This Notice of Exercise of Option is a general form of notice for the exercise of a share option.
It is a simple notice designed to be signed by the relevant director or employee and lodged with the company when they wish to exercise their option(s).
How this notice is intended to be used
This notice is designed to be used in conjunction with our Share Option Agreement – Exercise within Agreed Period.
Under clause 3 of that agreement, a formal notice must be sent to the company before the option can be exercised.
