This Notice of Exercise of Option - EMI Scheme is a form of notice for the exercise of an EMI option.
It is a simple notice designed to be signed by the relevant employee and lodged with the company when the employee wishes to exercise their option(s).
How this notice is intended to be used
This notice is designed to be used in conjunction with our Share Option Agreement – EMI Scheme.
Under clause 3 of that agreement, a formal notice must be sent to the company before the option can be exercised.
Using this notice for other option arrangements
This template notice may be adapted for use with other share option arrangements by deleting the references to an EMI scheme.
