This Community Amateur Sports Club (“CASC”) Constitution is for use for a sports club intended to be registered with HMRC as a CASC.

This template is for a members’ club (i.e. not a proprietor’s club) intended to be constituted as an unincorporated association (i.e. not a company).

This form is not suitable for a club intended to be a charity.
