This short form is suitable for any size club, but is likely to be better suited to smaller clubs with relatively modest assets/funds and membership numbers. The accompanying fuller Private Members’ Club - Long Form Constitution is likely to be more suitable for larger clubs with relatively substantial assets/funds and membership numbers.

This Private Members’ Club - Short Form Constitution is not suitable for a Community Amateur Sports Club or a club intended to be a charity or intended to be in the form of a company.
