Revocation of Corporate Power of Attorney

EX02.03.12

A power of attorney may be revoked by the grantor of the power of attorney (POA), provided that the POA does not state that it is irrevocable.

A revocation of a power of attorney should normally be effected by means of a document in the form of a deed executed (signed) by the grantor of the POA.

This Revocation of Corporate Power of Attorney template is in the form of a deed, and it is designed to be used to revoke any revocable power of attorney which has been granted by a company.

If the POA was granted by an individual, the accompanying Revocation of Power of Attorney should instead be used.

If a power of attorney is not revoked, it will come to an end in accordance with its duration clause.

You should consider whether this template, as drafted or with any adaptation, meets your needs before using it.

Revocation of Corporate Power of Attorney is part of Business Documents. Just £35.00 + VAT provides unlimited downloads from Business Documents for 1 year.
