The Guidance Notes refer to primary responsibilities provided in the Job Description Form, and provides a list of "competencies" ranging from expertise in the job to problem solving, decision-making and management capabilities. Each of these competencies has a number of suggested questions. This list of questions and competencies are examples only, and should be amended to suit the specifics of your business and the role for which you are recruiting.
