Call Off Order Form (Hardware & Software)
This Call Off Order Form (Hardware & Software) template is designed to be used with the IT Services Framework Agreement template in this subfolder for purchase of hardware and software services.
The template IT Services Framework Agreement prescribes:
· the core terms that are to apply where a purchaser decides to order any services from the supplier at any time after the framework agreement has been signed by them.
· the particular set of supplementary terms to apply, in addition to those core terms, to each type of services that can be ordered
· the Ordering Procedure (in Schedule 1 of the IT Services Framework Agreement) to be used when the purchaser decides to place an order from time to time
· the standard Order Form to be used for that purpose. That standard Order Form has to be attached as an Annex to the Ordering Procedure.
This template is compliant with that Ordering Procedure. It is designed to be used as a standard Order Form where the purchaser orders hardware and software services and the supplementary terms for that purpose are the Hardware & Software Services Terms Schedule which are in this subfolder.
Instead of designing your own Order Form for purchase of hardware and software services under the IT Services Framework Agreement, you can use this one, adapting it as necessary to meet your needs, and attaching it as an Annex to the Ordering Procedure.
Where the parties to the IT Services Framework Agreement intend to used that Agreement for purchases of more than one type of IT service, the Agreement can be appropriately adapted. In relation to ordering, this will entail attaching as an Annex to the Ordering Procedure not only this Call Off Order Form (Hardware & Software) but also, as necessary, one or more additional Order Forms.
This subfolder includes three further types of template Order Forms for use when purchasing other types of IT services. Each of them is for use with its accompanying set of supplementary terms (Terms Schedules) also included in this subfolder.
