This Homeworking Letter is to be used where the employer has an existing employment contract with the employee, and that employment contract does not cover homeworking.
The Homeworking Letter confirms a period of homeworking on a trial basis. Employers may also need the Home Working Policy and Homeworker Risk Assessment Form when putting the arrangement in place.
For a fuller homeworking arrangement, the Home Working Agreement may be more appropriate.
