Notice of Landlord Address RHW2

This Notice of Landlord Address RHW2 is prescribed by the Welsh Government.  The form provides details of an address to which documents can be served on the Landlord and must be issued to the contract-holder within 14 days of the occupation date.  The Notice RHW2 must be used to ensure compliance with the provisions of s39 Renting Homes (Wales) Act and can be issued by email provided the contract-holder agrees.
