Guidance on Dilapidations
This Guidance on Dilapidations gives a short summary of the law of dilapidations and the procedure for making a claim against the tenant. It makes reference to the Dilapidations Protocol which sets out how dilapidations claims should be handled in the early stages, i.e. before the matter goes to court.
This Guidance on Dilapidations is locked. If you are using Microsoft Office 2003 or older, the document can be unlocked by clicking on the “Padlock” icon on the tool bar. To display the “Padlock” icon click on “View” and then “Toolbars”. From the “Toolbars” menu, select “Forms”.
