Notice of Change of Landlord RHW3

This Notice of Change of Landlord RHW3 is prescribed by the Welsh Government.  The Notice RHW3 should be used by Landlords to notify contract-holders when there is a change of landlord and of the address where documents for the new landlord should be sent.  The Notice RHW3 must be used to ensure compliance with s39 Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 and be issued within 14 days of the day on which the new landlord becomes landlord.
