IN LIGHT OF THE ECONOMIC CRIME & CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT 2023, THIS TEMPLATE IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW. 

Companies are required to keep a Register of Directors’ Residential Addresses under the Companies Act 2006.

This register is not open to the public. If the director's usual residential address is the same as their service address (as stated in the register of directors), the register of residential addresses need only contain an entry to that effect. However if the service address in the register of directors is stated to be the same as the company's registered office, the director's residential address must be stated in the register.
