This Second Letter of Complaint to Landlord can be used where a residential landlord remains in breach of a term of the tenancy agreement despite having received a warning letter from the tenant.

The Letter gives a final deadline for the breach to be remedied and warns that legal action will be taken if the breach is not remedied by that date.

The tenant should keep a copy of the Second Complaint Letter in its records. This will be particularly important if the landlord does not remedy the breach as the tenant may need to take legal action against the landlord.
