Letter to residential landlord regarding continuing breach of tenancy agreement
Second Letter of Complaint to Landlord
This Second Letter of Complaint to Landlord can be used where a residential landlord remains in breach of a term of the tenancy agreement despite having received a warning letter from the tenant.
The Letter gives a final deadline for the breach to be remedied and warns that legal action will be taken if the breach is not remedied by that date.
The tenant should keep a copy of the Second Complaint Letter in its records. This will be particularly important if the landlord does not remedy the breach as the tenant may need to take legal action against the landlord.
Optional phrases / clauses are enclosed in square brackets. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the document.
This Second Complaint Letter is in open format. Either enter the requisite details in the highlighted fields or adjust the wording to suit your purposes.
