As Principal Contractor (“PC”) you are responsible for everything that
happens on your site, so it is good practice to have regular inspections by
your health & safety team.
This Principal Contractor Site Inspection Form has been written to help the
inspector go through all the things that the PC needs to keep on top of,
from making sure the welfare facilities are in place and that they are
properly maintained, to making sure the Risk Assessments & Method
Statements of the contractors have been checked and that they are working
as they should.
