These Agency Terms and Conditions for Lease Renewal (Tenant) can be used by commercial property agencies when advising and representing tenants on lease renewals and lease terminations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Use of these terms and conditions, together with the Agency Appointment Form for Lease Renewal (Tenant), creates a contract between the Tenant and the Agency.
