CHF AA06 Statement of guarantee by a parent undertaking of a subsidiary company (s.479A & 479C Companies Act 2006)

Form AA06 is the form prescribed by Companies House to use to tell them of a statement of guarantee for a subsidiary company. 

This is the form of guarantee given by a parent undertaking in accordance with section 479C of the Companies Act 2006. The requirement for a statement referred to in s. 479C of the Companies Act will be met by filing a correctly completed Companies House Form AA06 with the registrar. Form AA06 indicates that it must be authenticated by being signed on behalf of the parent undertaking rather than merely indicating the name of the parent undertaking.
