Pay-Per-Click Management Service Agreement
This Pay-Per-Click Management Service Agreement has been designed for use by businesses providing PPC Management services to business clients. Such services will generally entail the setting up of pay-per-click advertising campaigns and the ongoing management thereof.
Key provisions in this agreement govern the provision of the services, setting out a detailed specification of those services and the various conditions which apply to their provision.
Both parties provide extensive warranties, particularly with regard to the non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights. Each party also agrees to indemnify the other in the event of a breach of warranty. The liability of either party can be limited if desired.
