New Terms & Conditions
When providing goods and services to customers, any business will be well served by a set of terms and conditions. Also known as terms of business, these documents generally form the basis of contracts between businesses and their customers.
Terms and Conditions, in their simplest form, establish a set of rules governing a transaction. The obligations of the parties to the transaction will be set out - ideally leaving no ambiguity - along with terms governing payment for goods and/or services, any particular requirements to which one or both parties must conform, and any legal requirements or relevant legislation.
New Professional and Trade Terms and Conditions
Adding to our already extensive portfolio of Professional & Trade Terms and Conditions, Simply-Docs now offers terms and conditions for the following businesses:
- Window Fitters
- Window Cleaners
- Home Handymen
- Gardeners
- Aerial Installers
Within this list, some have two versions to choose from. Business-to-business and business-to-consumer variants are offered for aerial installers; and single-job and on-going services variants are offered for gardeners.
New Childminding Terms and Conditions
We’re not just getting our hands dirty with building work and gardening this month. An all-new set of terms and conditions for childminders is also available. This document, designed as a set of standalone terms and conditions, will be joined by a childminder’s agreement in December 2012.
