We have expanded our Property folder with the addition of a range of Holiday Lettings documents. These documents can be used by the owners of holiday accommodation or by holiday lettings agencies that manage properties on behalf of the owners. They cover holiday homes, flats and caravans.
As well as holiday tenancy agreements, which can be printed out and signed by both parties, we offer a range of documents catering for holiday accommodation bookings made online or over the telephone. We also have a selection of shared ownership documents which set out how a holiday property is to be used when it is owned by a group of people.
As with all lettings, it is essential that the terms of a holidaymaker’s occupation are properly documented. This will minimise rental voids, reduce the scope for disputes and ensure that the property is returned to the owner at the time and in the condition they require.
Our documents contain detailed provisions designed to protect the value of the owner’s investment. These include security deposits, cancellation fees, inventories and a comprehensive set of covenants regarding the tenant’s use of the property.
