Covid-19

April 2020

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about a very difficult and extraordinary business environment. It is forcing countless small businesses to focus on key business concerns more than ever before. Therefore a new checklist has been added to the Business Compliance documents this month.

This new Covid-19 Business Continuity Action Checklist is specifically designed to address the effects of Covid-19 on sole traders and other small enterprises.

This Checklist provides a good starting point for a small business that is suffering business interruption or decline (or is likely to) due to Covid-19. It seeks to identify, describe and comment on a number of particular problems and threats that many businesses are likely to be facing at the moment or in the near future. It addresses how you might try to counter various actual and emerging Covid-19 related threats to profitability, stability and viability.

The Checklist has been especially designed for a business with few or no employees which operates from a single set of dedicated business premises, typically a sole trader or small company. However, you might find that part/s of the Checklist are also useful to you if you are running a larger business or some other type of organisation.

The Checklist is a tool that you can use in conjunction with the more general Business Continuity Checklist which can also be found in the Business Compliance subfolder.

Once you have purchased access to the appropriate document folder click on the “Download Document” link below. You will be asked what you want to do with the file. It is recommended that you save the document to a location of your choice prior to viewing.
