It provides for the following:
1. General Information and Responsibility
2. A Manual Handling Employee Risk Assessment (MHRA) number for reference
on the Manual Handling Employee Risk Assessment Action Plan
3. Queries regarding information and training, weight, forces and
conditions during manual handling
4. Answers to 3 above
5. Level of risk
7. Confirmation of Action Required. If action is required the assessment
should be continued and managed on the Manual Handling Employee Risk
Assessment Action Plan.
This template is in fixed field format and contains macros. All macros are
virus free. Always click "enable" if an automatic pop-up appears.
