This short form Consultancy Agreement (Short) - Company provides an agreement for a consulting company to provide consulting services for a company client, using one or more employees or contractors engaged by the consulting company.

With minor adjustments, this document may also be used where a consulting company intends to provide consulting services to an individual.

The agreement creates a legal relationship between the consulting company and the client company requiring services.

This template provides an agreement which can easily be used for simple and short term relationships.

Before adapting or using this form of agreement, it is recommended that you take professional advice about it which takes into account the content of the agreement and all of the circumstances, and considers any adverse legal or tax implications of using this form for the consulting company and/or the people engaged by it to provide the consulting services on its behalf.
