Season Ticket Loan Form
This Season Ticket Loan Form should be used for an employee to apply for a loan to purchase a season ticket. Before giving an employee a season ticket loan, the employer should require the employee to sign a written agreement enabling the employer to make deductions from the employee’s salary as repayment for the loan. Without this prior written consent, it is unlawful for an employer to make deductions from the employee’s salary.
This Season Ticket Loan Form provides for the company to recover the outstanding proportion of the season ticket loan if the employee leaves the Company’s employment before the season ticket loan is fully repaid.
The form states that the payment for the season ticket loan is to be made into the employee’s bank account and asks the employee to provide evidence of the purchase of the season ticket.
