This Courier or Parcel Delivery Company Environmental Policy is your company’s written commitment to the people within your organisation and your customers and suppliers that you take environmental matters seriously.

It confirms your company's commitment to continuous improvement in managing environmental issues, including the proper management and monitoring of waste, the reduction of pollution and emissions, compliance with environmental legislation and environmental codes of practice.

The policy covers such things as how you will dispose of the shrink wrapping, and the transportation used to get between jobs.

Once written it must be signed by the most senior director/partner to demonstrate that it is a company policy. The policy should be reviewed at regular intervals, normally annually, along with your health and safety policies.
