Director's Employment Contract Checklist

The Director Employment Contract Checklist can be used to help you instruct lawyers, or to help you complete the relevant director's employment agreement.

It lists a range of simple questions (50) to enable you to focus on the principal legal and commercial issues that need to be considered when drafting an Employment Contract for a director.

The director level employment documents are suitable for directors where confidentiality and restraint of trade are important. Users of Microsoft Office 2007 must first click on the “Review” tab to reveal the “Protect Document” button. From the “Permissions” panel that opens, click on the “Stop Protection” button.

Once you have subscribed to the appropriate document folder click on the “Download Document” button below. You will be asked what you want to do with the file. It is recommended that you save the document to a location of your choice prior to viewing.
