New Stock Transfer Forms now Compulsory
Stock transfer forms – old forms no longer accepted
From 5th September 2012, it became compulsory to use the new version of the stock transfer form, which was introduced in our April newsletter. The new version can be found in the corporate folder under Share Capital and Profits, or alternatively in the ‘Free’ Documents folder.
HMRC will no longer accept old versions of the form.
