Private Limited Companies are no longer subsject to the rules on financial assistance and do not need to follow the "white wash" procedure.
Please note that public companies are still prohibited from giving financial assistance for the purchase of their own shares.
This Special Resolution is a declaration of the company's intent to give financial assistance in respect of the purchase of certain of its own shares. A statutory declaration from the directors in respect of the company finances is also required.
