Events and Hospitality Documents

August 2012

Events and hospitality means big business from a variety of angles. Many events will need managing; they will be hosted at a venue; guests will most likely require food and drink; and it is always handy to have a photographer on hand to immortalise the memories of the event.

In many situations, each of the above will be provided by a separate business and in every case, both the business and the client will want to be sure that everything is in writing and that both sides have adequate legal protection.

Terms and Conditions of Business

At the outset it is good practice for a business to offer a set of standard terms and conditions. This gives prospective customers a good idea of what to expect from dealing with the business and can save time when negotiating contracts.

Simply-Docs has updated our range of Events and Hospitality Terms and Conditions with comprehensive new standard clauses, offering more legal certainty and protection than ever before.

In some cases, it may be sufficient for customers to simply accept a businesses terms and conditions simply by signing a quotation. In other cases, however, a complete contract may be desirable.

To this end, a new range of Events and Hospitality Agreements is now available, each mirroring the terms of our existing (and newly updated) terms and conditions.
