This Domain Name Assignment has been written to cover the straightforward sale and transfer of a domain name from one party to another.

The provisions of this assignment ensure that the domain name is only transferred to the buyer once the seller has either received payment or payment is safely in escrow. Additional provisions are provided to cover the transfer of any related rights or property such as registered trade marks that may be so closely related to the domain name as to be useless without it.
