This Statement of Account – Logo Version is set up to enable your company logo and address to be inserted in the top left corner and for your company registration details to be inserted in the footer.

This template provides all the details of the outstanding balance - invoice/receipt dates, invoice/receipt numbers and details, amounts, cumulative balance and an ageing analysis. Payment terms can be selected as either "30 days" or "On Invoice".

The template is an additional version of the Statement of Account - Standard Format which has been converted to an Excel document to enable automatic calculations to be incorporated without the use of macros.

This document is locked and in fixed field/cell format. Simply use TAB, arrows or ENTER to navigate from one field to the next and SHIFT + TAB or arrows to go back. Alternatively, use the mouse to click from one field to the next.

If you wish to modify the template, first remove protection using the Unprotect Sheet command (Tools menu, Protection submenu). This template is not password protected.
