These Guidance Notes - Complaint Procedures provide background and further guidance about charity complaint procedures and use of our template complaint procedures for charities registered with the Charity Commission. If a charity is registered in Scotland or Northern Ireland, it should take specific legal advice about adoption of a complaints procedure.

This Guidance Note: Complaint Procedures should be read in conjunction with the Complaint Procedure (Small Charity) and Complaint Procedure (Large Charity) in this Sub-folder.
