Landlords and Lettings Agents are likely already familiar with their responsibilities regarding Right to Rent Checks for new tenancies under the Immigration Act 2014.

Recent updates to the Government guidance have provided clarifications on ILR endorsements in the current passports of Crown dependencies, as well as changes to the Homes for Ukraine Scheme.
